Online application, admission and job forms often require an exact image size in pixels — like "300 × 300 px" or "600 × 600". Phone or camera photos are usually much larger, so they get rejected. The fix is to resize the image to the exact dimensions.

Resize to exact pixels

1. Open ShohojTool's Image Resize tool.
2. Add your image (JPG/PNG/WebP).
3. Choose "Pixels" mode and enter width and height — like 300 × 300.
4. Keep "Keep aspect ratio" ticked to avoid distortion; untick it if you need an exact square (300×300).

If you don't know the exact pixels, pick "Percent" mode — e.g. 50% — and the image drops to half its size while keeping quality.
